Cancellation Policy
- Canceling a reservation on our website is as seamless and straightforward as making one.
- While we'd love to have you stay, if your plans change, our easy cancellation process guarantees quick confirmation and rapid refunds.
- No cancellation fees are applied for reservations canceled more than 15 days before the arrival date, provided the cancellation is done before 12 noon (local hotel time). For cancellations made within 15 days of the arrival date, after 12 noon (local hotel time), or in the event of a no-show, the full stay charges or the amount equivalent to the deposit (whichever is greater) will be applied.
Cancellation Policy for Blackout Periods
- Public holidays, long weekends, and the period from December 20th to January 5th are regarded as blackout periods. No cancellation charges will apply if the cancellation is made more than 90 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations within 90 days of the arrival date, the full stay amount or 100% of the deposit will be charged.
Cancellations During the Stay
- If you decide to shorten your stay after the check-in date, you will be charged for the entire duration of the original reservation.
Refund Policy
- For cancellations made more than 15 days before the arrival date, refunds will be processed within 15 working days after receiving the customer's bank account details (this does not apply during blackout periods).
- Any credit card transaction or processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds will be processed in the local currency only.
Refunds for Late Cancellations
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 15 days of the arrival date or for no-shows on the arrival date, regardless of the circumstances.
